Do you ship to my country?

Full Grip ships to many countries. The following is a list of countries that we currently DO NOT ship to: 

United Kingdom, Afghanistan, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Congo, The Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ecuador, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Italy, Nigeria, Pakistan, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Somalia

Full Grip Games has the right to change this list at any time. Please note that for international orders, customs clearance can take some time and many countries are experiencing extra delays due to COVID-19.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Transit times vary based on the shipping service and items ordered. At Full Grip Games, we pride ourselves on fast shipping times, however, we are not responsible for postal service delays. Due to COVID-19, please allow some extra transit time. 


Can I get a tracking number with my order?

Not all orders automatically receive tracking service. First-Class Mail Stamped Letter orders are shipped without tracking. If you would like to receive tracking information on your order, please select First-Class Package Service - Retail or Priority Mail shipping options at checkout, and you will receive your tracking number in your email when your order ships.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled before they ship and are subject to a 5% restocking fee.


This item is out of stock on your website. Do you have any more?

If it is out of stock online, we do not have any at the current moment. Please use our handy wishlist feature to get an automatic email notification whenever it’s back in stock!

Please note that the out-of-stock price is not guaranteed to be the same when the item is back in stock.


I pre-ordered new item(s). When will they ship?

For most pre-orders, the shipping/release date is in the title of the item, so check your email with your order confirmation! Please note that if you purchase multiple pre-order items or other items all together in one order, they will all ship at the same time. This means if you have multiple products with different release dates in one order, the order will ship when the last item is released. If you would like your orders to ship separately, please place them separately.
