Full Grip Games Return Policy:

- Full Grip Games does not accept returns for items, unless the customer receives an incorrect item.

- Full Grip Games does not provide refunds or exchanges for online sealed product that have cosmetic packaging damage (i.e, small tear in wrapping on an Elite Trainer Box).

- If you believe there is an error with your order, please contact with pictures, your name and order number. If you received an incorrect sealed product item, do not open it. If you open a product you incorrectly received, you will not be eligible for any refund or exchange.


Full Grip Games Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be canceled before they ship and are subject to a 5% restocking fee, due to payment processing fees that are not refundable to Full Grip Games.

Full Grip Games Customer Reward Program:

Shop with Full Grip Games directly here at our website and earn store credit back on our rewards program! All customers are eligible, participation is free and begins once you create an account and place your first order.

  • Tier 1 (1% store credit back): Account purchase history total between $0.00 to $299.99
  • Tier 2 (2% store credit back): Account purchase history total between $300.00 to $999.99
  • Tier 3 (3% store credit back): Account purchase history total between $1000.00 to $1999.99
  • Tier 4 (4% store credit back): Account purchase history total between $2000.00 to $4999.99
  • Tier 5 (5% store credit back): Account purchase history total $5000.00+ 


Store credit is added automatically to your customer account once your order is shipped. All items on count towards your rewards program tier. Please note that Full Grip Codes is a separate website with its own rewards program.


Store credit earned from your rewards tier doesn't expire, so save it or spend it as you like!


Full Grip Games International Shipping Policy:

Full Grip ships to many countries. The following is a list of countries that we currently DO NOT ship to: 

United Kingdom, Afghanistan, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Congo, Colombia, The Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ecuador, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Italy, Nigeria, Pakistan, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, and Somalia.

Full Grip Games has the right to change this list at any time. Please note that for international orders, customs clearance can take a long time and many countries are experiencing extra delays due to COVID-19 and shortages.

Full Grip Games is not responsible for any import fees your order might require. All orders are sent declared as merchandise on customs forms. Please reference your country's import tax laws before purchasing.

How can I get free shipping on an order?

Free shipping on all products: $150 (before tax) worth of any type of product(s) on the site are eligible for free shipping (Continental/Lower 48 US only).

Free shipping on singles: $100 (before tax) or more containing only TCG singles are eligible for free shipping (US only). 

These discounts will show automatically at checkout when you are at the shipping method selection screen. For the FGG Free Standard Shipping on orders of $150+, the shipping company will be determined based on the weight of the order, the product(s) ordered, and the location of the shipping address. Full Grip Games uses USPS and UPS as shipping companies.

Local or visiting? No problem! Choose "in-store pickup" as your shipping option to be able to get your order in person. Please allow 24 hours for processing time.


How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are processed at 9 am ET every morning, and are shipped later that day. If your order is placed after 9 am ET, it will be processed the following business day. Full Grip Games processes and packages orders on Saturday and Sunday, but they do not ship until the following Monday.

Orders do not ship on postal service holidays.

Will I get a tracking number with my order?

Not all orders automatically receive tracking service. First-Class Mail Stamped Letter orders are shipped without tracking. If you would like to receive tracking information on your order, please select First-Class Package Service - Tracking, Priority Mail, or UPS shipping options at checkout, and you will receive your tracking number in your email when your order ships.

I haven't received my order.

If your untracked order has not arrived 14 business days after shipment date, please contact with your order number. Orders are occasionally returned due to a problem in transit, but this can take some time.

I pre-ordered new item(s). When will they ship?

For most pre-orders, the shipping/release date is in the title of the item, so check your email with your order confirmation! Please note that if you purchase multiple pre-order items or other items all together in one order, they will all ship at the same time. This means if you have multiple products with different release dates in one order, the order will ship all together on the last preorder's ship date. If you would like your orders to ship separately, please place the orders separately.

This item is out of stock on your website. Will you get any more?

If it is out of stock online, we do not have any at the current moment. Please use our handy wishlist feature to get an automatic email notification whenever it’s back in stock! Please note that the out-of-stock price is not guaranteed to be the same when the item is back in stock.
