Return Policy 

To submit a request to return sealed merchandise, please contact jameson@fullgripgames.com within 2 weeks of the order's delivery. If your return request is approved, the return must be postmarked and shipped within 7 days of the approval. After we recieve your return, we will issue a full refund in the original payment method, less any shipping charges or reduction decided upon via the return agreement. We are not responsible for return shipments lost before delivery, and we highly recommend any return to be shipped with a tracking number. Full Grip Games reserves the right to deny returns for any reason and each request is assessed on a case by case basis. 

Returning sealed product:

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Full Grip Games within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Returning Singles:

Single cards, including preorders, may not be returned.

Refunds Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
