Return Policy 

Customers may request an order cancellation BEFORE the order is processing. All canceled orders will have a 5% restocking fee applied. Preorder products are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

To submit a request to return sealed merchandise, please contact jameson@fullgripgames.com within 2 weeks of the order's delivery. If your return request is approved, the return must be postmarked and shipped within 7 days of the approval. After we receive your return, we will issue a full refund in the original payment method, less any shipping charges or reduction decided upon via the return agreement. We are not responsible for return shipments lost before delivery, and we highly recommend any return to be shipped with a tracking number. Full Grip Games reserves the right to deny returns for any reason and each request is assessed on a case by case basis. 

Returning Sealed Product:

Sealed product is not eligible for return, unless you receive an incorrect item. If you receive an incorrect item, do not open it, and contact us for a return. Full Grip Games pays return shipping for any incorrect items. We do not offer refunds or returns for any cosmetic packaging damage on sealed product, such as tears in the plastic wrap of an Elite Trainer Box.

Returning Singles:

Single cards, including preorders, may not be returned, unless you receive an incorrect card. If you received an incorrect card, email fullgripgames@gmail.com.

Returning or exchanging Pokémon TCG Online Codes: 

Codes may not be returned or exchanged.

Refunds 

Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
